Ringkasan Cerita FILM I’M NOT THERE :

Sebuah film musical tentang kehidupan legenda musik Bob Dylan yang diceritakan dengan cara yang tidak biasa, seperti halnya karakter Dylan sendiri yang selalu berubah, kacau dan ambigu. Pada Tahun 1959, seorang anak berusia 12 tahun bernama Woody Gaffer (Marcus Carl Franklyn) menumpang kereta api. Dia berkenalan dengan 2 orang gelandangan dan mengaku bernama Woody Guthrie. Woody berkelana sambil membawa gitarnya untuk mencapai impiannya menjadi seorang penyanyi. Woody melarikan diri untuk menghindari ditempatkan kembali ke panti-asuhan di Minnesota. Dia menuju New Jersey untuk menjenguk idolanya, Woody Guthrie sesungguhnya, yang sedang sekarat.
